The ramp closure has resulted in more traffic driving through the community and some people coasting through stop signs. I have tried to work with PennDot on signage to detour more drivers to other roads, but we are still seeing quite an uptick. We have asked Scott Police to put on additional patrols. In March in addition to multiple stops for sign violations, the police were called for a vehicle accident on Kings Highway, several burglar alarms (one residential and one industrial park), and two stuck trucks.
